Very friendly and sweet staff’s. Love the sweet kind notes. Sharnene Barthelus is so sweet, located on gateway. She always smiles and so professional. Everyone is absolutely amazing. My favorite location on gateway.
Do you close at 9pm on Thursdays? I'm actually confused, as I come to this JM location often, but usually during the daytime. Yesterday (5/22) I worked a 13 hour nursing shift at St. Mary's, and was too exhausted to cook dinner, so I stopped at the Woolbright JM for a couple of subs for me and my partner on my way home. This was at 8:40pm. The staff on was so unfriendly, not only to me but also to the customer who was ahead of me in line. Not really a sub. Bread was not hero quality More of a sandwich. Rude staff except for the girl working the register. Major attitude from the girl adding the add ons. No idea of customer service. Phone call was inaudible. You only get one chance at a first impression. I was trying find something new. No management. I’m used to a good New York hero.
