Came here to try the hot Italian sub got it without lettuce wasn't as spicy as I thought it'd be but was still overall good if you're coming here ask for Alex he's hilarious
Ordered on doordash, gave me wrong sandwich, nothing even close to what was ordered Gave me a mini with ham, when I ordered a regular tuna w avocado. Horrible customer service!!!! They acted like it was my mistake by ordering thru Doordash for the fact that I received the wrong sandwich. The supervisor had worse customer service skills than the clerk I first talked with. If you are going to discriminate against Doordash than don't accept orders from them!
The sandwiches are a little above average. if you’re a vegetarian, you cannot count on them keeping things separate. I’ve asked for them to change gloves or cut my cheese on a machine that they don’t cut meat and they act very put out. I often order online to save time and I’m not sure if my sandwiches have ever been ready when it says they will be and I often have to wait longer than I would’ve if I just ordered them when I came in. They seemed to have a high turnover and staff which I’m sure leads to poor customer service.... read more
Ordered lunch for my store and they messed up every order put bacon in my sandwich when my sandwich doesn’t even come with bacon and I’m Muslim they forgot one sandwich we tried calling numerous of times and no one answers my worker went back to get it and complain to the manager and all she got was “sorry” this place is horrible won’t be coming back at all
