Horrible service today restaurant was busy (I usually make my order online) and today the 2 ladies decided to to take care of every single customer first before me i came in 2-3rd ended up leaving last clearly the “MANAGER” does not give a sheet

Just go to Ike’s chipotle or some mall food like 5 mins walk way better!! only come here for the meat if your desperate & ONLY if you can see it in person! and if it’s dead empty . I did a online order I saw Order ready stood in line quietly 5-10min for 1 person in front getting sandwich made so I waited no greeting. Only have a 2 because of past experiences Did a mobile order on 1/20/25, one set of Customers being helped, when I walked in no one acknowledged me, except the customers who said hi. Another girl comes from the back didn’t say hi. I greeted her with smile and said I have a pick up order (gave name) she asked me 3x what my name was, then instead of handing me the bag, she tossed in on the pick up shelf.
