As someone with celiac disease, I was really disappointed with my experience at this Jersey Mike's. I simply wanted to purchase a gluten-free roll by itself, which other Jersey Mike's locations have been happy to sell me. Unfortunately, this location refused. Consistency matters, especially for customers with dietary restrictions. It was frustrating to be treated differently from other locations when I was only asking to buy a product they already carry.
