Came in withe wife and two kids, tried to use the restroom, door is locked with a code. Asked for the code before ordering, they told me they would give me the code after I bought food, as if I'm here to steal their water and use drugs in the bathoom. Rude and offensive. We instead then left and went to Hokkaido Buffet around the corner, where oddly enough, Hokkaido let me use the restroom and wash my hands before eating and paying, incredible.
This is the best Jersey Mike's in Pittsburgh.
I picked up a replacement order. And everything was handled very well..
