I LOVE Jersey Mike's. But this location is a toilet. Filthy. The two young men working on the evening of Sunday September 21 were incredibly unprofessional and unsanitary. The counters were filthy. The layers of old food under and around the stained cutting boards had been there a long time. Stale rolls littered the kitchen. Keeping the plastic gloves on, one answered the phone then kept the unsanitary gloves on to prepare the sandwich. It was repulsive. I was shocked. Placed an online order around 11:45. Pickup time 12:15. Arrived a little early at 12:10 but didn’t walk out the door with my order until 12:42. I have a 30 min lunch and work down the street, I had a Single regular Sandwich, chips and a drink. 32 minutes standing in line at the online order pickup. And I wasn’t alone waiting for online orders.
