Gave me someone else’s sub for a pickup order. I called and manager promised me a refund. After a week I called back to inquire about refund, was promised another call back and it never happened. The sub I ordered was more expensive and now this is becoming a huge waste of my time. Terrible service. Love Jersey Mikes but this store is not well managed.

I ordered a 12" Italian cold cut, for lunch. I ate the entire 12". I didn't intend, to do that...but one bite, led to another, led to another etc. . I will be returning !
