I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service I experienced during a recent curbside pickup order. I placed my order online and included a specific note with special instructions that needed to be followed. Always a well made, fresh tasting sandwich! Mike’s way is the way to go! Ordered the club sub with rosemary parmesan bread. On point and thanks to the point system, FREE!!!
The female manager that works the lunch shift is rude and insensitive to her customers. She refused to give her name when asked and also couldn’t be bothered to give me corporates number so I could make a complaint. I highly recommend if you want GOOD customer service, don’t go to this location. You’ll get ignored and pushed aside for other customers orders while your food sits unfinished
