I don’t usually post reviews, which should say something. I came in on a Saturday for a pickup order and ended up waiting 6 minutes while staff ignored me. Someone else walked in, showed their phone, and got their order immediately. In the past, they’d ask for my name and the process was smooth. This time, no acknowledgment, no greeting — just poor service. I felt overlooked and disrespected. I won’t be returning to this location. Do better
Bowls are great. (Sandwich without bread.) No charge for bacon grease.
I'm giving this review, because I asked for a famous Philly WITH NO VEGGIES, NO VEGGIES. PLS THE OWNER REPLY. THIS IS NOT FAIR. I paid $20 some dollars for something I never asked for. Your workers need to make sure the order they doing is the right one. I got home and surprise VEGGIES.

Absolutely awful experience at this location. The employees do not take food allergies seriously whatsoever and failed to use precaution on our order. Employees were very rude and dismissed a simple request to use clean gloves, etc in order. These employees DO NOT understand the severity of food allergies and made it seem as I was a nuisance asking for simple requests. Clean knife, paper and gloves.
