I am only writing this review because i received no response back from corporate complaint online or from message left with store manager that i would like to speak with the owner. My parents are both in their 70's. They went into the Greenfield location about 8:40 pm about 6 weeks ago. They ordered and sat down to eat not realizing what time it was. The manager was very helpful in use of my points to reduce my purchase cost.
I walk in to order at 8:30 which i know is late and frustrating. A young girl as nice as can be takes my order while the manager legit throws the broom on the floor upset that she has to make my food. I also didn't get to choose what bread I got. The young girls working were great but the female manager needs to learn how work on customer service as someone who is a manager in food aswell.
