My husband placed an online order for the Hot Honey chicken cheese steak and a Spicy Chicken chicken cheesesteak. I'm allergic to onions, and even though I specified no onions, I could smell the onions on the sandwich and my throat started to itch when he brought it in the house and closer investigation revealed that the sandwich was covered in onions. Clearly no one paid any attention to the order specification. This upsets me bc my husband hates Subway and I thought that we had found a decent alternative option. Guess not
The older guy and the young lady that takes the orders and make the subs were so unprofessional. The guy was so busy making jokes that he messed up my order then when I get to the young lady to add my fixings she had an attitude because I asked did she put extra mayo and onions as requested.
