Came in for order pick up, staff was friendly, confirmed my name for pick up, and I was on my way. The food was ready and on time from ordering off the app.
Messed up my order and Manager was trying to go around refunding the order did not make an attempt to make it better. At the end she ended up doing it with trouble. Said it would be 3-5 business days for refund, please train your staff to have better customer service! It’s not that hard to distinguish the only item that is different from everything else ordered.
Good quality, fresh food, always!
