Today I ordered a Giant #13. I asked them to dress each half separately. I asked the 1st half with vinegar on the side with italian seasoning and she poured vinegar all over it. When I told her no vinegar her boss, another lady stated, "when people ask for Italian seasoning they mean oil and vinegar". I explained to the boss and several customers in the line agreed that oil and vinegar are NOT italian seasoning. She was very mean about it. If you haven’t had it yet, the Cheesesteak Philly is worth a try! So good. The staff here were friendly too.
Update: My husband called the following day and spoke with Chelcy. She apologized, she willingly refunded (although all we requested was our sandwiches), and also stated she would like to give us coupons as well for our inconvenience. This was more than acceptable. My husband ordered two chicken Philly sandwiches, got home to find that they were actually Philly cheesesteak. We do not eat pork or beef, so we called and they stated they’d remake the sandwiches. My husband said, I will head back now it will take 20 mins. The young lady said no problem, we will remake it for you. He arrived where they said, we’re closed. No sandwiches.
