I've been to this location many times since it opened and the service has been good up until the last few weeks. My wife and I usually order a mini-sub and the last few times it's been a battle to get subs of equal size. Today one sub was 8" and the other 4". Then the employee cut two mini subs that were 3" shorter than one that she just cut for the previous customer. At that point I left the store but my wife stayed and dealt with the terrible service. I've had a couple of less than ideal experiences in a row. This last one was an app order I placed for a tuna bowl I placed the order at 10:25 and was given a 10:43 pick up time. When I arrived at the pick up time I was informed they hadn't started the order and it would be further delayed because they were out of Tuna. Eventually they did offer a refund. I'm not likely to visit this location again.
Food is great staff is really nice. They just needed more staff there
