I went to Eagle River Alaska Jersey Mike’s today for nurses week and the two young men were so kind at honoring my free sub for May 6! I have been a nurse 20 years and today is the first time I have been given a free sandwich to celebrate nurses week. Thank you so much for being kind and having honor.
-3 stars for 2/2 wrong orders, (wrong labels on bottles, double oil, no vinegar, wrapped poorly so that the sandwich was exposed through the open and torn wrapper. On the first one.) (Honey mustard instead of mustard, and double-downed and lied when it was cuaght, and oil when it was not supposed to have oil. On the other) no napkins for either order, All the employees acted like all of the above was common occurrence there. Outstanding customer service, phenomenal sandwiches and immaculate dining area!!! Literally everything is top tier and well taken care of!! It's super chill and we were in and out fairly quickly!! Even our 5 yr old was excited about the nice looking bathroom lol
They can never make door dash orders correct.time after time I’ve given them more chances. No more. Will not order from here again.
