The subs have always been good, but lately the service has been terrible. I always order online and show up 15 minutes later for pickup (as directed), however, my sub is almost never ready. Today, I waited an extra 20 minutes for them to make my ONE sandwich while I watched multiple people make it through the entire line. This has happened multiple times, unfortunately. The workers are super slow, and could really care less. Let me know when management changes.
I placed an order for delivery, it was over a half hour late and the order was wrong. I called the store 6 times to try and get it corrected, no one answered. I am out money since I ordered a giant and got a regular. I will not be going to jersey Mike's again they had a chance to correct it and made no effort.

Terribly slow service. Been told multiple times it would be over 30 minutes for a sub
Slowest service I’ve ever received. I placed a mobile order for 1 sandwich, arrived to the store 15 minutes later, and proceeded to wait another 35 minutes in the dining room for my sandwich while the employees served multiple walk-ins first. They asked me multiple times what the name for my order was, so they knew when it was placed and what the order was.
