I just came in right before closing with a huge order. Josh and the team took amazing care of me. They were efficient, helpful and did a fantastic job. Really appreciate their enthusiasm, even right before closing.
There was no other customers when I arrived. Waited about 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Another 5 minutes to pay. I love Jersey Mike's but this location has plummeted in likability. The tables were all dirty. The employees acted as if it was their second day on the job. The freaking energy was depressing and not what one would expect from Jersey Mike's.
service was so unbelievably slow it was irritating how slow the employees were moving. seemed like they were all high out of their minds.
Carlos and another young lady were extremely polite and patient when dealing with my family. My son had never been to Jersey Mike's and was new to ordering food. The young lady (Kayla or Chantal) was understanding and helped my son to decide what he wanted on his sub. The other lady was very understanding about gluten alergy concerns and made sure to avoid cross contamination issues.
