I originally planned to eat at Chicken Salad Chick next door, but I noticed Jersey Mike’s had a chicken salad sub advertised in the window with chips and a drink pictured for $8 and some change, so I decided to give them my business instead. Today was probably one of the worst days at work I’ve ever had so I went to Jersey Mikes for a pick me up. When I approached the counter, the service worker simply asked how my day was going, and I was honest with him. I said today has been crap and explained why it had been so bad. When he got done making my sandwich, he said I know it’s not much but I threw on a 10% discount to your meal.
