I order from this location often and I can say it's always been very good service ( even through Delivery apps). However today, We visited the location and they were out of white bread. We were offered other options, however my son would only want the option they didn't have so we declined and said no thanks we won't order at this time. I left a negative review for this store several months ago. However, it's important to give credit were credit is due. When I brought issues to management's attention, immediate action was taken, and I have noticed a substantial improvement in service and quality of subs.
The service at Jersey Mikes was Excellent! Shanee the Shift Manager at the White Marsh location is Amazing! She is very Welcoming and greets her customers as they enter. I noticed how well she works with her team and provides Great Customer Service! I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s location for their good food and the Best service. Thank You Shanee for making your customers feel appreciated.
Awesome service.Today we met Shanee'. She was super pleasant and provided excellent service. The cook and cashier were super friendly and great as well.
I got the Club. Meat is not premium quality. Just regular lunch meat. Turkey and ham was bland!!!
