Ordered for the first time online specifically chose a a bowl for my order. Never recieved an email comfirmation. My spouce picked up bag and put in fridge. When i went to eat it i noticed it was on a sub roll. I called them back and they said on their end it doesnt say bowl, maybe it glitched and reverted back to typical white sandwich. They offrred to fix it next time i went back! They honored their promise
Should be more mindful of who you hire. I was disappointed with my experience at this location. The staff seemed inexperienced and distracted while fooling around and they didn’t know the proper way to prepare the orders, nor did they ask for clarification when unsure. If you're looking for an authentic Jersey Mike’s experience, I’d recommend trying a different location.
