I got food poisoning after ordering the bacon ranch cheesesteak sub from the Methuen-Loop location. I was in the bathroom, within one hour of eating from there. Apparently there is lack of cleanliness or cross contamination. When we called to reportthe incident as to prevent it from happening to someone else, the worker on the phone simply replied, "sowhat do you want me to do? " When we asked for a manager, she said there wasn't one on the weekends. Extremely disappointed.
I’ve never been to a more confused and unhelpful jersey mikes. Couldn’t figure out my order even tho I’m literally telling them. Please don’t come to this location until they figure out how to properly communicate
