Just ordered online and I paid extra for bacon and cheese added to my chicken salad sandwich. After eating a few bites I realized cheese was missing. I paid $2.25 for my missing cheese so I called the manager. He said he would only make the corrections if I brought the sandwich back. He didn't offer a discount, free sandwich remake or anything to make it right without proof. I need to open my helf eaten sandwich after spending gas money to come back. I recently visited this location and experienced an issue with my order. The manager on duty did not correctly hear the toppings I requested, which resulted in my sandwich being made incorrectly. Taller dude with glasses asked me what I wanted, I said I need a custom one, he said can't do it. It was my first time there and he decided to take an order from the other dude who was after me in line since he didn't want to deal with a custom sandwich. I walked away probably won't ever try this franchise.
