I ordered 3 regular size sandwiches on the app for pick up. When I arrived back at the office all 3 sandwiches were small size and one of them was not made correctly. I was charged for regular size sandwiches! Very disappointing
I've never had a problem coming here I've always had the order taken made fast quick and easy but today all they were doing was just talking and talking, the manager which was a male was just talking this is the longest I had to wait for my sandwich unacceptable first time I didn't tip
Came to the store 3 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready to find out they didn’t even started it . Very upset and hungry because I’ll have to wait to eat till 4 now . Employees also very rude and instead of apologizing tried to tell me that I came early but I can’t risk getting penalized at work . They also don’t pick up the phone so I can at least get my money back .
One of my favorite places to get a sub especially the tuna. Sorry. No photos, anything the models?
