I came in to this location at 8:03 p.m. So let's start with the tall gentleman who looks like he was not having a very good day then the female who is acting the same way. It felt like that they we're mad we we're there. Next I've been to other Jersey Mike's and the first thing I have noticed was there was no white board when placing your sandwich on top of. Honestly, the food was great. The only thing that was kind of a huge upset was the person that was taking my order. I don’t know if her name was Layla or Leila. Came off, kind of rude she’s pregnant so her hormones are all over the place, she was extremely rude. her customer service was horrible. for this reason, I will not be returning

The only reason for not providing 5 stars is that there was a large amount of online orders to be made. There were 2 employees there and a long line inside. I fail to see why it's more important to serve a non-visible order as opposed to the person standing in front of you. The person who made my order apologized for the long wait, women though it wasn't her fault. Would I have received my order faster if I ordered it online? Probably, but that's still wrong.

I’ve visited this Jersy Mikes located in the Vineyard Porter Ranch several times and this last visit was my last. This location often has soggy tomatoes and old lettuce and they were wiping off the meat slicer with a wet dirty rag and then cutting meat while the machine was still wet. My sandwich was soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes were old. Needless to say I threw it out and decided to write this review with hopes they will do something to improve. I won’t be going back.
