The only reason for not providing 5 stars is that there was a large amount of online orders to be made. There were 2 employees there and a long line inside. I fail to see why it's more important to serve a non-visible order as opposed to the person standing in front of you. The person who made my order apologized for the long wait, women though it wasn't her fault. Would I have received my order faster if I ordered it online? Probably, but that's still wrong.

I’ve visited this Jersy Mikes located in the Vineyard Porter Ranch several times and this last visit was my last. This location often has soggy tomatoes and old lettuce and they were wiping off the meat slicer with a wet dirty rag and then cutting meat while the machine was still wet. My sandwich was soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes were old. Needless to say I threw it out and decided to write this review with hopes they will do something to improve. I won’t be going back.

Im giving one star to this company. The porter ranch location has a very rude and disrespectful employee, unfortunately I don’t know her name. I just put an order for 4 sandwiches to be delivered and they sent me only 3 and when I called them , this rude individual kept telling me that basically I’m lying to her and she’s sure that she put all 4 of them inside the bag. And rudely telling me I have to go to the store bring all the sandwiches back, so she can see and make extra one for me. Why should I pay for delivery charge ... read more
