I order food online. One of the staff told me to wait cause it was coming up. Waiting for 20 minutes till I asked again. The same lady realized my order is there on the orders counter the whole time. If she checked originally. I would have not had to wait there for no reason
Friday morning 6/12/26 team was good, and the young lady who open the store deserves a promotion and raise, commutative, knew her stuff, fast efficient, polite and kind. Food was really good too. A Rare near perfect experience

This review is 5 stars because of one exceptional employee, Ailiana Pineda. We come every Saturday so that my son, who has autism, can have his turkey and provolone sandwich with a cookie. Ailiana makes what could be a trying experience, a very easy and special one. She remembers us, our order and the importance of making each step as smooth and as quick as possible. At jersey Mike's we all expect delicious sandwiches and for the food to be the same. Well that was my experience until I went to this jersey. They used about half of the meat that's usually found in the typical jersey. I had never seen such sad sandwiches before. Mine unfortunately was a hot sandwich that of course I'd lie if I'd call it anything other than warm ish. So overall it was hmm. That's about it.
