This is the BEST place for lunch. The people who work here have amazing customer service skills. They always welcome you in at the door with smiles. They ask you how you're doing, that doesn't happen anymore - anywhere. Customer service is so lost in most places but THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. If you haven't already been here you really should stop in to see what I'm talking about. THEY ARE AMAZING and the food is always fresh and delicious.
Bad service today at noon. Worker not preparing according to customer request and when I raised my concern I was just talked back to and disregarded by a second male worker. Was not greeted at all by these worker either. No customer service skills.
I’m a regular here since I work nearby and staff is super friendly and gets my order right every time. Sometimes there’s a wait time because of the school nearby but they always get my order right :)
AT $12 PER sub...not a great value for the money and I'll leave it at that.
