Very professional and courteous staff. They prepared my gluten free sandwich away from any sources of contamination and even used toppings from the back to avoid cross contamination.
I happened to try out my local Jersey Mike’s in Koreatown today for the first time, and I honestly wasn’t expecting the incredible experience I received. The three gentlemen working—Leon, Pat, and Matthew—were extremely well-mannered, respectful, and delivered beyond exceptional customer service. Nice staff but too much multi tasking, they always forget my pickles
I like the sandwiches, lots of options. staff seemingly always argumentative. Lady kept interrupting me in defending a sandwich i wanted Not being there because it could be worse, It couldn’t not be there at all. Not sure how your point helps me. Location is a cramped mall stand, not great to wait in, or find parking in
