I ordered a chicken sandwich without lettuce and I received an over-toasted sub with lettuce on the sandwich and pieces of beef inside the wrapper. Food handling skills and ability to read instructions are severely lacking in this place. They have gone downhill over the last few orders. Did the good employees quit? Food was still technically edible so I ate it, but I wasn't happy with it. Picking shredded lettuce out of a sandwich is a PITA and I didn't ask for the job. Always a go-to for a fast, refreshing & filling meal.
Desire needs to either get retained in customer service or fired. I tried to get her attention twice and she whispered to her coworker "you go help her" and none of them came. The guy was nice and apologized but the girls working today Feb 1 2025 at 2:30 need help in customer service.
