I asked for number 17 suppose to come with pepper. It's was none in it. Get back inside told the guy in front he starte telling me that I order it like that. Even the cashier correct him. He open my sandwich dig in it find one pepper and showed to me I was like what... very rude very unprofessional... to the point I just left the food... I need to talk to manager or somebody in corporate office. This is not acceptable...
Food is always good, service was great/fast. The restaurant was clean. Liked the outside tables, but parking kinda stunk.
I ordered a chicken sandwich without lettuce and I received an over-toasted sub with lettuce on the sandwich and pieces of beef inside the wrapper. Food handling skills and ability to read instructions are severely lacking in this place. They have gone downhill over the last few orders. Did the good employees quit? Food was still technically edible so I ate it, but I wasn't happy with it. Picking shredded lettuce out of a sandwich is a PITA and I didn't ask for the job.
