I swear every time I come here, there’s some nonsense. The employees act like it’s their first time ever seeing bread, meats and cheese. My mom is at this location as we speak getting a refund because apparently no one knows how to follow clear, simple directions on what someone wants on a sandwich. Listening is a skill but… come on.

Well not a sub above if you ask me. Ordered a giant famous Philly and I got a lot of bread and very little meat, onions, and peppers. I can go across the street to Publix and get 3 subs for the 19.00 I spent at Mike’s. Disappointed for sure and will not be back.

I came in to get a chicken salad sandwich. I got toppings and asked for salt and pepper. They had the salt but I was told they don’t have pepper. What ssndwich place doesn’t have pepper?

This was my first time at Jersey Mikes,I came a little bit late at 8:44 and they close at 9, which I can definitely understand the frustration with that.I was fast in and out.I had just heard about how good Jersey Mikes was on the radio station 92.9 so I wanted to give it a try.The food was great.But the customer service was not very welcoming at all and yes I know it’s annoying when people come close to closing time but the customers should not know or be aware of how irritated you are or how annoyed you are.I did not try t... read more
