Customer service was horrible. I ordered my sub and all she did was sliced the bread, then proceeded to take the customers order behind me who was unsure about what they were going to order. She was asked if she needed help from a coworker and turned it down. After taking their order she chose not to complete my sub and to make both subs at the same time. As I walked out the door after waiting to long she finally was ready to make my sub. I will never be back to this location due to the poor customer service.

I had the absolutely best experience tonight, phenomenal service provided by Alex, Paige and Bex. They are an amazing team, from excellent recommendations on the menu items given by Alex, to the pristine craftsmanship of warm food art created by Paige and the super kind presence from Bex during the cold sub creation and checkout, it was perfect. Always an excellent quick sandwich. Also common place to see so many tables not wiped off. Seems like this is missed in the training to do regular scheduled walks through the seating area every 15 to 20 mins would improve the situation greatly.
Good food, but service takes a while.
