Very friendly to gluten free! They are very safe, change gloves, use different mayo, etc. After leaving the Jersey Mikes located in downtown Knoxville for unfriendly service and lack of allergen care, this Jersey Mikes was very refreshing! (I left a poor review there, and I hope they can take some notes from Kingston Pike.) This was my first time actually being in the store at a Jersey Mike's Subs. I ordered two cold subs and a hot sub. One of the cold Subs was on a gluten-free roll. I was very impressed at the way they took steps to ensure there was no cross contamination when assembling the gluten-free sandwich. Flavor was great and the role held together fairly well. Where to start. Ordered my mikes cheesesteak as I always do but that day they were off there game. Steak was burnt I meant inedible burnt n dry on top of that they made it wrong I paid for bacon didn’t get any bacon. I guess I have to treat it like subway n watch them make it from now on I wasted 20 some odd dollars smh. On not to mention I waited almost 30 mins for my food
