I have never received a correct order in about 10 visits. Even if I order in store, they manage to mess up a simple order. MW-oil. Incorrect portions.
Good sandwiches but a bit pricey. Editing review 11 months later. Just paid 20 for a sandwich. Wanted wheat, which was readily available but was only offered white. When I pointed this out I was only offered an apology, not a correction.
Slowest service ever. When asked to check in an order was told no. When an employee finally tried to the manager stopped him and told him to disregard me and to continue making lobby orders. Waited for over 25 minutes on one sandwich.
The staff at this Jersey’s Mike is exceptional. Will be back soon for another sandwich.
