When we walked in it was super slow with no one sitting at the tables. We stood at the counter for someone to take our order for like 10 minutes but it seemed like forever with no acknowledgment. We finally get to order our food. I get my go to sandwich #7. My husband gets the chicken salad on rosemary parmasan bread and he didnt like it. There are no changing tables even though they have two “family” restrooms

I placed an order with GrubHub and there was an issue with my order. GrubHub provided really poor customer service regarding trying to resolve the issue. I decided to call the location myself to find out what happened. The supervisor was awesome. He took the time to investigate the issue and discovered it was a platform issue. The supervisor and the general manager then both went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I am beyond impressed with their efforts. Thank you very much. My day was made!
