I placed an order with GrubHub and there was an issue with my order. GrubHub provided really poor customer service regarding trying to resolve the issue. I decided to call the location myself to find out what happened. The supervisor was awesome. He took the time to investigate the issue and discovered it was a platform issue. The supervisor and the general manager then both went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I am beyond impressed with their efforts. Thank you very much. My day was made!
Great sandwich joint.
Called in an order 15 minutes before my arrival because it's rush hour/dinner time. After sitting here for an additional 21 minutes, I approached the counter to ask about my order. I was rudely told "we'll get to it when we get to it" but the line was moving perfectly fine. Other to go orders coming and going immediately. I've said a total of 10 words since I've been here, with a smile on my face and have been nothing but disrespected, talked down to and completely ignored.
