Got the chicken sub had no taste
Ordered 2 subs for pick up. Online ordering was easy and the food was ready when we got there. But both the subs were dry.
Ivanrest location is my fave! Great food, great staff. The number 8 and 55 are yummy yummy!
Food was fine but I waited in store for almost 20 minutes. It took 10 for the guys working to even acknowledge the customer in front of me. They were busy and working their butts off for online orders but simply letting customers standing in front of them know it’ll just be a minute or greeting them goes a really long way. Also the store is filthy, it was only 11:30 so it’s not like they had been open all day. The drink station was a mess and not clean or refilled, tables are grimey and sticky, floor also super gross.
