The people who work at this location are so nice and polite. They also found out it was my brother's birthday and wrote him a message on his sandwich bag! It was so sweet. This is a great location!
Excellent sandwiches. Clean and friendly wait staff. The Franklin location is the best one. I try to avoid the Plainville one. The Manager is very rude and the workers seem to be scared.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Jersey Mike’s and I are officially seeing other people. I tried to communicate my needs through the 'Contact Us' button, but I was left on read—classic ghosting. Two weeks ago, my order arrived looking like it was having an identity crisis (not what I ordered). Last night, I went back for 'closure,' and the bread was so hard I’m pretty sure I could have used it to tile my bathroom. And the condiments?
