My family and I have been regular patrons of the Saratoga Springs NY store for over 3 years now, and we think it's a great shop. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, they're fast (especially considering how busy this location is), everything is almost always exactly what we expect. We order from them both in-store and on DoorDash (sadly, they don't have their own delivery at this location). My family loves Jersey Mike's, it's our daughter's #1 request. My husband and I have now had two separate bizarre and extremely rude encounters there. It's really such a shame. Behavior and professionalism start from the top, down. Hopefully these consistent comments about customer service can be met with consideration and not just getting defensive. Take a step back and look at how you treat people.
