Love it
Love the sandwiches, but the wait in person was over thirty minutes. Priority seemed to be on the online orders, which were numerous. The cost was also shocking $36 for two medium subs with two drinks.
0 star experience one feels generous. Rude employees who seemed angry that I was there. The place was so dirty and gross that we didn’t want to eat there. Won’t be going back
Not only did u hang up on me for calling to make sur3 order was correct cos it doesn't state customization on receipt..but door dasher Eric said you guys were horrible to him as well. Corporate...get to me asap as my complaint on the customer service side while being a csr myself was disgusting..and the manager was even worse.
Will no longer be visiting the Wilton location after being verbally attacked by the all male staff. Request a new sandwich due to CROSS CONTANIMATION and get told there was no oil and vinegar on it when that was not the issue any longer. No one should ever put their hands in a sandwich after touching god knows what else and then attempt to give it back to you.
