Me and my husband stopped in on the day of the dream cruise. We were assisted by a few workers but Santrice stood out. She was very nice and super sweet. We asked for some condiments to go instead of on the sub and she made sure we had everything we had for our subs. We definitely appreciated the excellent customer service and her smiling face!
This is the absolute worst run jersey mikes location I’ve ever been to. Came in for lunch, ordered at the counter. The 3 employees were moving so slow a senior citizen could make subs faster. There was about 8 online orders just sitting on the counter unfinished. My order was taken and a hot sub made, my cold sub never got started and the person behind me had both of there’s completed while mine still had not been started. I have over 3k points from Jersey Mikes if that tells you how much I buy them. This was my best and favorite store!!
This was one of my first visits to Jersey Mike’s. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, thinking it was the one I wanted. Without hesitation, they made me the correct one — no questions asked! The service was fantastic. 10 out of 10!
