Very disappointing and honestly unacceptable experience at Jersey Mike’s. late 50s old lady at the checkout register, who appeared to be the manager or boss, was openly rude, dismissive, and gave an unfriendly attitude toward pickup customers. What stood out the most was how differently she treated white customers—smiling, being polite, and acting welcoming—while showing cold and disrespectful behavior toward others.
