I ordered a chicken philly sub to go. Staff never asked what size I wanted, or anything to go with it. When I got home and opened it I discovered it was the famous philly (beef) sub. I do not eat beef. So this was a complete waste of my time and money. I would like a refund. Please train your staff better.
The food si great Jersey Mikes, always has been but the staff at this location continues to dissapoint. The last time we were in there there was literally one amazing girl working while the rest goofed off and we praised her and thanked her so much. Ordered food online, arrived 5 minutes after scheduled pick up time. Walked inside food wasn't ready just stood there waiting patiently about 8 minutes before I hear the young male worker say to another worker "people just like to come in and look at us and expect us to stop what we are doing to talk to them. " Finally the other worker asks how can she help me and gives me my food with the wrong persons name and order on the receipt. My daughter persuaded us to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time. I ordered a mini original Italian. Food was fresh and delicious, service was wonderful, and 4005 Buffalo Road store was comfortable and spotlessly clean.
This Buffalo Rd location gets skimpier and skimpier on the sandwich meats. It has always been MUCH less than the other 2 Erie locations. And today's sandwiches were pathetic. If the owner and workers don't start giving customers what they pay for, this location is going to fail and be out of business. Today was the first time I refused to tip on my order. I hope owner reads this and starts running the business better.
