Been going to Jersey Lily’s for 15 years and on the rare occasion that the meal is not to order, the management ALWAYS makes it right. We love the chicken tenders dinner or the salad is great. Chop steak is always to order. One of the few area restaurants that will serve a RARE burger. The servers are always nice, polite and willing to go the extra mile.
Worse service ever tonight didn't get food ordered even though we kept asking, no refills etc . What food we got was ok. Looked to be just one servers issue as many around us ordered and serviced promptly.
Waitress and hostess both nasty. Acted rude like they hated their job and took it out on us . All because we asked to sit.in a booth.
Ate there for a dinner date last night. The wait was around half an hour bc they were packed, but it didn't seem like we waited that long. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly. He ordered a sirloin and shrimp and loved it. Waitress was super nice too. Would absolutely eat here again!
We have consistently gotten great service and food. Enjoy our outings to your restaurant
We visit our daughter in Roanoke and JL is a must stop for us. Great service every time and the food has been excellent! Already looking forward to our next visit.
