Originally from a small town North of Philadelphia, I thought owning an East Coast style sandwich shop was a great way to get back to my roots. Despite having lived in the San Francisco bay area for longer than I lived in Pennsylvania, my longing for good Cheesesteaks and Hoagies never seemed to fade.
