Jersey was so easy to communicate with. When I called with any small or big questions he was lovely to talk to. I would recommend his company every time. If he was not able to make it in time he would send one of his reliable employees.
Attempted to install 2 high velocity units in our home. Immediately ran into trouble. Left town with the units improperly installed and nonfunctional. Did not answer his phone. Brought in another company who had to completely reinstall everything properly. Paid him $18,000. Having to pay another company $10,000 to fix his mistakes. Worst experience we have ever had with an HVAC company. Beware.
