Terrible. Our doctor referred us to them, and we tried to make an appointment for my 90-year-old father. They did everything to avoid making an appointment. The clerk I was dealing with was extremely rude. She asked if my father had an ultrasound by his primary care physician, which he did not, and things turned ugly. Long story short, whether there was an ultrasound or not, the wait time for an appointment was well over 8 weeks. That is a challenge for someone with an issue that is 90 years old.
