I started waiting in the line at 1:30pm on a Saturday, got tested around 3pm, which is better than CityMD at least. I heard there’s no wait if you come on a weekday.
Friendly and professional staff, fast process. I did a PCR test and got the result within 48 hours as promised.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR IMMEDIATE RESULTS. Got tested last Friday and did not receive any information on how to obtain my results. Was told it would be delayed due to the holiday, but here I am on day 5 with no results and have called the lab number so many times. Yes cases are surging and there’s a huge demand, but at this rate I’d rather go into the city to get a test!

Went to get testing at around 11am on a Thursday and there was no wait. Compared with getting COVID testing done at a urgent care center (which I have done previously), this was so much quicker and simpler. The woman working there took my information, asked if I needed testing for personal or official purposes (e.g. proof of negative results for travel, etc.), and then took a nasal swab for the PCR test.
