Edited: Downgrading to two stars because I’m concerned Google may automatically remove one-star reviews. I’ve lived at Urby for three years and unfortunately renewed for a fourth—when the building was sold to Veris right after. Since Veris took over, the quality of living has declined sharply. Avoid Sable Apartments if you value your money. I moved out over 45 days ago and Sable has still not returned my security deposit, despite New Jersey law requiring landlords to return deposits within 30 days. I followed up multiple times by email and even sent a legal notice. Before I sent legal notice, they replied instantly to all communications. Now, they completely ignore me. Just moved here from another luxury condo over at Newport. This is so much better. Janice Grosso, the Sr. Director of Leasing is super helpful, she took care of any requests I mentioned. The community is also great. There's a building app where you can chat with everyone, super useful for finding shared interests and hobby groups. The weekly events are fun as well.

Current Experience (as of August 2025): Over the past few months, the difference has been night and day. Building management, especially Janice, has shown a real commitment to listening to residents and acting on our feedback.
