My handknotted rug had deep dirt and dust in it, but they cleaned it thoroughly while preserving the weaving. I liked that they did all the heavy lifting, moving my furniture and rolling the rug for me. When they delivered it back, it looked brighter and fresher. Very professional service from start to finish.

A week later it was back and looking better than I’ve seen it in years. No hidden costs, no stress, just great results. The rug feels softer and looks brighter, and they even laid it out back in the room for me. I’ll definitely call them again when my other rugs need cleaning.

Great experience in Bushwick! I had a few viscose and silk rugs cleaned and was impressed with the level of detail they put into their work. They made the whole process easy pickup, cleaning at their facility, and re-delivery. Very happy with the quality and the customer service.
