Nice staff. Overly thorough and unnecessary tests. They do not care about our financial sustainability at all. I went to the hospital for some minor issue and simple requests. They had tons of tests and they charged $15,000 for all the unnecessary tests. They even asked us to come again for minor issues. Extremely long wait (5-8 hours). And they billed thousands of dollars for high-complexity and long care, with much of it was just wait. Very routine. But not bad. Can't solve any problem easily.
I went to the ER for severe lower abdominal pain and nausea. The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful. I was treated with respect and care and I felt my symptoms were taken seriously and they listened to me. They put me at ease with a pain management and treatment plan and I felt very supported.
If possible i can give 0 stars the staff is so rude patients are waiting with broken arms and there is no one to take care of it its better to go somewhere else
I've been in this ER two times the past two months. Once for a serious situation for my husband and another for an object removal for my toddler. For my husband, we went in a little after midnight and waited almost four hours, which is expected in any ER. When he was called in, we were impressed with the level of care. He ending up being admitted for a few days.
