Terrible front lady - so rude and disrespectful. Please get better staff for your front desk as well as staff who don’t speak ill of you in a different language thinking you don’t understand them. 😒
This place has the worst front desk lady/receptionist. She is so rude and unprofessional. She should not be working here with the attitude she has! Called in the morning since I was referred to go here from the ER and she told me to come as soon as I can. Then I get an email 5 minutes after the call with an appointment time for 10:30 and where to fill out my information/questionnaires. I went here because something was stuck in my eye! everyone was nice especially the person who helped me I think her name is Lauren she was amazing helping gracefully. The only problem I had was the waiting time. I probably waited 1.2/2 hours to get called in.
I have no insurance and I was recommended this place. It has low rating so I was nervous to go for an oral surgery taking my lower wisdom tooth was partially under the gum and I was in a severe pain. However my experience was great! Receptionists answered the phone on the first call and scheduled me for the next day, Dr. Choi did an outstanding job and removed it in less than 20 minutes.
