Brought in a brand new Hyundai Elantra. Paid $200 for a detail. The main wash guys caused 2k+ of damage with improper use of the clay bar with me watching. I recorded the incident and stopped them immediately. Dr. Detail promised me they would fix it if I got quotes. Strung me along for 2 years and now I’m being forced to sue them as they won’t respond to my calls. Not only will they damage your car, but they also do not keep their word.
They use the same brush from the tires and wash your car. Scratch your car up and the guys drying do a horrible lazy job cleaning and have attitudes like they hate there job. SMH…
