Recently purchased a vintage bike and came in to get a competitive quote vs. another shop. I am new to the bike life and I really felt taken care of my Angie and Chris during my first visit. Angie was very understanding that I didn't want to spend a ton of money, and let me know what was completely necessary, what was recommended, and what was optional for the tune up. Made a big deal out of a trivial crankset replacement and essentially refused to do it because the bike was electric. Re the reply: I was indeed in a rush, which is why I called before coming over and was told that yes you will be able to help me today. Upon arriving I was greeted with "oh you didn't say it's an electric, we can't help you today".
