Marie the office manager is very rude. I called 9am to ask questions about why I was with a LMAFT and was told by receptionist Joseline that she can’t give me an answer to that so I asked for a manager which was told she’ll be in by 10am. Brian Haggerty stated "people say I am a scam". Agreed! Tarrot card readings do not help with Post tramatic stress disorder. Brian Haggerty stated therapist document misdiagnosis to explain why medication and more frequent appointment are prescribed. I am sicker after every appointment then I have ever been! I was denied a receipt to show how much money they cost after 5 months of appointments. A referral from Medicare was the worst suggestion ever!
I have received therapeutic mental health care at Jersey Behavioural Care in its Union, NJ office at 2333 Morris Ave, since April of 2025 to the present (April 2026) for a total of 48 sessions thus far and continuing. The problem is the staff is a joke. They terminated me for not having had an appointment in a month while fully being aware that I was trying to schedule an appointment including an email 2 days before termination that they replied to. They don't answer phones and don't return messages. I have reported them to the state and plan on a lawsuit for patient abandonment. Highly recommended coming to Jersey Behavioral Care for Brian! Brian is an amazing and great therapist. He listens, shares his insight/feedback, is empathetic, and provides the necessary tools to get the work done. I don’t ever leave a session feeling like I have wasted my time. Currently, my S.O. and I are coming to him for couples therapy. However, if it was possible for me to do individual sessions with him I would in a heartbeat. The front staff is also nice and attentive which always makes a positive experience.
