Jerry's work was ok, but he makes promises he does not keep. His work drags on for weeks beyond the due date. Make VERY sure everything you want is written in the contract!!! He will verbally promise things and then claim he never agreed to those items. DO NOT pay him until he is COMPLETELY FINISHED. The minute he gets his pay he disappears even if he promises to come back and finish something small!!
