I have been going to Jerry's for over 25 years. I have never had any issues with their food or customer service. The only thing I wish is that they open another location closer to my house. I live in Bartlett and that doesn't stop me from driving to Jerry's when I want a nice cold snow cone or a really good burger.
Went to jerrys tonight and got there at 8:01. We were informed by, I guess, the manager who said "we're closed". We, along with the couple in front of us informed him that the website says they close at 9pm. He said "I do not own the website, and if you want to know about jerrys, look at our Facebook". So I get home, mind you I drove 15 minutes to get there 1 way, and look at the Facebook website. Guess what we see? It says open til 9 on website too.
