Deeply disturbed over my good friend's experience on today. She found a fly at the bottom of her supreme sno cone and decided to make the store manager aware. He was unconcerned and uninterested in helping to resolve the issue. Naturally a representative who cares about their brand and reputation would AT THE VERY LEAST, offer an apology. It was a fly at the bottom of the cup. I called and spoke with Jerry who was very rude who stated that it's a lot of flies outside and what do you want me to do about it. I will contact the health department click on my name to read the story and see photos. I ordered the Ninja Turtle Supreme.
Always a fun experience! Brought my kids for the first time :).
Love this place !!! Me and my babies enjoy going there every summer
