Best used car sales manager in the world!
Horrible!! I don't like being lied to, which they've done multiple times! The service employees went through my personal belongings and used my pocket knife. It has a safety feature and the blade was manually pulled out. They left it open and exposed unknown to me and when I got into my vehicle I almost sliced my hand open. I have yet to hear back from the manager. I think it's all pretty pathetic. Your employees go through my things, I almost get injured and you won't respond to me?! This was the last straw! I would really appreciate if anyone knows who I can get this obnoxious company, Jerry's Chevrolet & Mitsubishi, 1940 E Joppa Rd, Baltimore, MD 21234 USA, to STOP using my e-mail account for their spam purposes. I have unsubscribed on numerous occasions. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would not recommend anyone conduct business with them. .....end of rant.
